Group Exercise

Discover true wellness of mind, body and soul through the many group exercise classes we offer. From Pilates to boot camp, our classes fit every age and fitness level, including seniors and children. Our 30-minute express classes are ideal for hectic schedules. Better yet, all base-level land and aquatic group exercises are included in membership fees.

Kids Programming


Kidz in Motion provides a safe, secure, supervised environment for children six months through nine years of age while parents participate in wellness programs. Physically and cognitively engaging daily activities promote true wellness through fitness, science, arts and crafts, games and special projects.

Healthy Mind, Body, Soul 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Are you ready to take the next step on your yoga journey? It’s time to advance your practice, become immersed in the philosophy and teachings of each of the eight limbs of yoga, and dedicate yourself to a journey to the self that will help you discover a place of authenticity, confidence, and love.

At Sequoia Wellness, we offer a variety of transition and disease prevention programs to help you reach your optimal well-being. These programs include our Medical Fitness Cardiopulmonary and Orthopedic Transition Programs, Diabetes Prevention Program, and First Step Healthy Weight Management Program. Cardiopulmonary Program

Transitioning into unsupervised activity and exercise after an acute cardiopulmonary event can be worrisome. That's why Sequoia Wellness provides invaluable education and training in this Phase III transitional program. Cardiopulmonary Wellness strives to help individuals adopt healthier, more self-aware lifestyles, offering:

MF- Orthopedic Transition

Orthopedic Transition Program

Sequoia Wellness offers an Orthopedic Transition Program that is designed to safely transition individuals from physical therapy to being fully independent and confident with physical activity and activities of daily living. Our comprehensive approach to the individual and the specific musculoskeletal condition they are rehabilitating focuses on reducing pain while simultaneously improving the following key points: muscular strength and endurance, joint range of motion, functional movements, form and posture.

Diabetes Prevention Program

Are you at risk of becoming diabetic? Join our specialized program that will create new fitness and nutrition habits that will bring lasting lifestyle changes to your life! Improve your overall health and reduce your chances of developing type 2 diabetes. We will help you focus on bettering your fitness and properly nourishing your body with a dedicated coach.

 8 Week Program Includes:

  • 2 Individual nutrition sessions with our Registered Dietitian
  • 6 Weekly group nutrition education classes led by our Registered Dietitian
  • 16 Small group personal training sessions with our certified personal trainers
  • Open to ALL: members & non-members
