Member Services Associate

The Member Services Associate (MSA) is a key member of the Member Services Department Team. The MSA is ultimately responsible for delivering an extremely high level of customer service and member experience to all visitors, guests, and members on a consistent basis.  This is achieved by utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and being well-versed in the Center’s Service Standards.  The goal of these efforts is to earn excellent member satisfaction levels and, more importantly, create life-long promotors of the Center.


Kidz in Motion Attendant

The KIMA is ultimately responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for the participants of the Kids In Motion Program.  The KIMA must be proficient with supervising and managing children ranging from 6 months to 8 years of age. This is achieved by creating a fun environment with opportunities for structured play, age-appropriate learning, and positive social interactions.  Also, the KIMA should demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with parents/guardians in a way that earns their confidence and trust in how the care for their child is delivered.

Group Exercise Instructor

The Group Exercise Instructor (GEI) is ultimately responsible for delivering each group exercise class participant a world-class, highly motivating, and well-organized experience. This is inclusive of delivering safe and effective formats in all class categories. The Group Exercise Instructor must be inspiring, outgoing, personable, and have the ability to motivate members of varying ages and ability levels.  Dependability is paramount as is the ability to be flexible and accommodating in order to consistently offer a robust schedule of classes.
