Member Services Associate
The Member Services Associate (MSA) is a key member of the Member Services Department Team. The MSA is ultimately responsible for delivering an extremely high level of customer service and member experience to all visitors, guests, and members on a consistent basis. This is achieved by utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and being well-versed in the Center’s Service Standards. The goal of these efforts is to earn excellent member satisfaction levels and, more importantly, create life-long promotors of the Center.
Fitness Services Attendant
The Fitness Services Attendant (FSA) is a key member of the Fitness and Wellness Department Team. Has a general knowledge of exercise guidelines and general fitness. The Fitness Floor Attendant is able to explain and instruct a client’s prescribed exercise prescription and provide instruction on safe fitness practice and correct exercise techniques. Duties will also include executing day-to-day operations of the fitness floor and providing supervision to members exercising on the fitness floor.
Group Exercise Instructor
The Group Exercise Instructor (GEI) is ultimately responsible for delivering each group exercise class participant a world-class, highly motivating, and well-organized experience. This is inclusive of delivering safe and effective formats in all class categories. The Group Exercise Instructor must be inspiring, outgoing, personable, and have the ability to motivate members of varying ages and ability levels. Dependability is paramount as is the ability to be flexible and accommodating in order to consistently offer a robust schedule of classes.
