From Pilates to boot camp, our classes fit every age and fitness level, including seniors and children. Our 30-minute express classes are ideal for hectic schedules. Better yet, all base-level land and aquatic group exercises are included in the membership!

Fitness Equipment
BodyPump

Les Mills BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**

GRIT

Les Mills GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Doing Pushups
Boot Camp

This class that will get your blood pumping and your energy rising! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance speed, power, and strength.  Boot Camp works you head to toe so you will be reaping the benefits long after the workout has ended!

Dance Class
Low & Go

Low & Go is a low-impact circuit strength class that is perfect for anyone, especially those who are looking for a fun and motivating workout without high-intensity.

Summer Swim
Aqua Yoga

This gentle aqua class takes you through various yoga poses and stretches to get a unique benefit and experience while doing yoga in the water. 

Putting on Goggles
S'WET

This class is our most intense Aqua class! Get ready for a challenging water workout that utilizes components of speed, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance and strength. This hour long workout will help you reach new heights with your fitness while remaining in the water!

Yoga

This class with incorporate various forms of Yoga poses and specific body postures, while teaching participants breathing control and simple meditation. This is a class that will not only benefit the flexibility component of fitness, but can also improve overall health, while enhancing your mind and body connection.

Hatha Class
Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is the centering of your breath and body- aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods. Bolsters and other props assist in helping you to hold your poses for longer periods of time.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Les Mills CORE ™ is a 30-minute core training workout that delivers quick results for all fitness levels. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.

Kettlebell

A traditional kettlebell class that will provide you with the basics of kettlebell workouts, as well as progress you through the various techniques of this popular form of exercise. All skill levels welcome!

Physical Therapy Session
Gentle Stretch & Strength

A class formatted with a "gentle" touch that is perfect for the active senior population. This class mixes important strength training exercises with equally important stretches to enhance your overall well-being. A variety of equipment is used to allow for many variations. All are encouraged to attend, and chair options are available for added comfort. This is a perfect class for the active senior population, but is beneficial for all fitness levels.

Aqua Chi Flow

This class incorporates Tai Chi and other Chinese health exercises in the warm water for energy and other internal health benefits. (No swim skills necessary).

A graceful form of exercise that teaches a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.

Yoga Ease & Strength

Margot opens her yoga session with poses and movements that open range of motion and stretching to alleviate imbalances. Then comes strengthening with alignment in standing poses and balances. The closing includes restorative poses before savasana.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a high intensity class moving through an athletic, sweaty flow of both fundamental and challenging asanas designed to empower and energize while building strength, balance and flexibility.

Fit Man
BodyStep

WHAT IS BODYSTEP? Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP ™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.

Les Mills SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.

Aerobic Class in Pool
Gentle Aqua Fit

This class is designed from our Aqua Fit Class with a slightly less intensity. This class will help you improve strength and cardiovascular endurance while having fun! Get fit with this 45-minute water workout!

Pilates

Emphasizes the balanced  development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Prenatal Yoga Lesson
Vinyasa Yoga

This type of Yoga synchronizes body movement with breath, and is often labeled as a “flow” because of how the poses flow smoothly from one to the next. These poses are performed with a focus on inhaling or exhaling your breath in unison with your body movement. This class will challenge your strength and endurance, while also improving your flexibility and mind/ body connection.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing and using a chair for support. Chair Yoga allows for modifications of traditional Yoga poses, which make this class accessible to those who may lack the mobility to easily move through various standing, seated, or supine positions. The Yoga poses offered in this class may also be performed without the chair, which makes this a class that is welcoming and beneficial for anyone.
