Kidz in Motion
Kidz in Motion provides a safe, secure, supervised environment for children six months through thirteen years of age while parents participate in wellness programs. Physically and cognitively engaging daily activities promote true wellness through fitness, science, arts and crafts, games, and special projects.
Morning: 9a-12p Sunday - Friday, 8a-12p Satuday
Evening: 4-8p Monday - Thursday
Parent's Night Out
Parents can drop off their children for Parent's Night Out events to enjoy time alone. These themed events are loads of fun for all ages where dinner and snacks will be provided, as well as exciting games and activities.
Sequoia's camps are sports and activities oriented and will help teach kids new skills as well as the value of teamwork! We also offer craft making, exercise classes such as dance and yoga, and interactive classes with our dietitians to emphasize the importance of nutrition. Simply send a packed lunch and appropriate attire for the week, and we will provide a fun and exciting experience for kids of all ages!
Join us throughout the week for our Kid's Supervised times! During these times, members of our Sequoia team will supervise your kids either swim or use the rockwall while you work out!
Rockwall: Wednesdays from 5 - 6p
Swim: Thursdays from 5 - 7p
